Do you know that up to 90 percent of your normal behaviour is based on your HABITS?
So now the question here is,what are your habits? Ofcus you should know habit is some thing you do repeatedly over time that as now become part of you in others words,u are the one that formed ur habits weather you know it or not
Some thing you can not do in presence of others on less u are alone is a bad habit. Thou there are some bad habit you can do in presence of others
You should know that bad habits as bad effect and the effect dnt show untill much later in life
Now how do I change my bad habits? Is simple,just replace the bad habits with good once. Believe me it only take 21days to change a bad habit
First no DAT once a new habit is well-developed it becomes, your new normal behavior.
By superimposing a new behaviour on top of your present behaviour, u can create an entirely new way of doing things. This new normal behavior then becomes your new standard of performance and productivity. In other words,you simply start replacing your old bad habits with new successful habits
For example,if u always show up late for meetings,your stress level are probable high and you feel unprepared. To improve this,make a commitment that you wil arrive ten minutes early for every appointment during the next four weeks. If u decipline your self to complete this process,u will notice two things
- The first week or two will b tough. In fact, u may need to give your self a few mental pep talks just to keep yourself on track.
2.the more often u show up on time,the easier it becomes. Then one day it becomes normal behaviour. It is like being reprogrammed. And u wil discover that the benefit of the new program far outweigh the results of the old one
