Some where under these high piles of bags there is an old Toyota Pick-up truck....I am sure of it. I followed this, this morning on my way back from the Post Office. Sometimes, the gross stupidity and thoughtlessness of people astounds me.
No doubt his luck will run out at some point and it will topple, hurting people in the process.
