The first #whiskeywednesday was a success
Thank you all for taking part in the first #whiskeywednesday contest. Unfortunately there were so many people all over the globe that took part in whiskeywednesday but didn't even know that there was a contest going on. It is a good thing that this will become a weekly thing so that the tag can go viral here on steemit so that everyone that has been taking part will finally learn that they have a chance to win when drinking their favorite sweet syrup.
Winners
Well, it is a good thing I had the foresight to have two winners in this because 
I am sure that after he was done with a few of his mugs he either went skinny dipping or just made a lot of snow angels and looked like a big old weirdo. But that is what #whiskeywednesday is all about, letting loose and doing what is needed to make it through the work week.
My second choice for a winner is 
This is a great example of trying to make it through the work week. The bottle of whiskey also has some great significance as well. Leadslingers is a whiskey that is made by veterans and they got this bottle of whiskey for her father-in-law who was a military veteran. He was never able to drink it because shortly after they got it he passed away. They are now saving the bottle until after his remains are transferred to Arlington National Cemetery. This is a great way to honor a true hero.
