Today, on #whiskeywednesday, I finished a bottle of Irish Single Malt I've had for a while. I personally prefer Scottish Single Malts, but it is good to have some variation in your collection. Especially for introducing people to whiskey/whisky... what better way to do it with a single malt from the oldest commercial whiskey distillery in the world... Bushmills!
PS I did not drink the entire bottle today. ;)
