Made in a cast iron skillet.
Bake round roast for 1 hour on 400 F.
Easy Dressing Recipe (and meat marinade) - add enough vinegar to almost cover the skillet, Using a metal spatula lightly scrape/stir vinegar around, loosening the pan drippings. Add salt and pepper to taste.
