Window 10 1703 update

This update is giving me a headache. 2 domain joined computers take the update without incident, then just go to a black screen.
Waits.....................................

Then login screen
Waits....................................

Then just sits there doing nothing.

Reinstall the OS and update again, just the same.
Only way i found to get round this is to build a new ISO with the 1703 update in place and fresh install from that.
