I want to apologize for the lack of updates. I've had a tumultuous year so far away from Steemit. It has been challenging to say the least, but fortunately things are looking much better from here on out.
I have been running v0.18.2, and did not miss a block in the entire month of April.
I am using a very high bias ( 0.400 or 150% ), due to the broken SBD market and rewards pool. My APR is also set to 0%, due to the SBD price.
I have lowered my account creation fee from 42 to 1, to match the majority of witnesses. I think it's for the best. At one point, it seemed beneficial to be able to give new users "$X of Steem Power" upon joining. But the volatility of STEEM makes it difficult to accomplish without adversely affecting accounts with smaller SP balances, who are unable to power down when the creation fee is high.
Some of the projects I have been involved in have been in limbo while my time and participation was limited. I'll be working hard to get them jump started again where possible and updates will be forthcoming.
