Just a quick update on that witness thing.

We're looking to protect our witness server and we're upgrading to v19.12. Not sure why that's protection but it works for a joke.

The issues that initially came out with v19.10 seem to be getting solved, and the most updated version (v19.12) looks to be stable. We don't have a back up witness server so we can't build it in the back ground and test thinfs, for us it's all or nothing. After seeing the latest version running successfull on other witness servers we've decide to also upgrade. This will mean that the Hive account@comedyopenmic witness server will be down for 1-2 days because we will have to compile everything from scratch.

We've seen a few witnesses have issues with the steem-docker build on their machines and since we can't afford to be down too long we're just going straight to a manual build of the code which runs the blockchain.

This isn't a permanent outage and we're planning on coming back up as soon as we can.
