Sorry for being absent and quiet this weekend; we had Canada Day here, so I took the chance to have a few days out in the woods for a much needed forest bath. Obviously, the pups came with! I did a lot of hiking and taking photos in an area that was burned in a flash fire a year or so ago, and I'm looking forward to sharing photos of the incredible views and the flora starting to regenerate itself. (Nature is a badass.)

When not tromping through mud, eating weird dead things, or running up a mountain ten or fifteen times before I make it halfway, Berta and Murphy will sometimes deign to let me into their tent.

Cute doggo photos aside, I wanted to talk to you about something really important to me today... Many of you know me from Discord, or PAL, or minnowsupport. Some of you just come here to look at pictures (you're my favorite, and I love you for it.) I'll make it quick though.

I've been here for about three weeks now, and I wanted to let you all know that I'm all in.

I'm helping to support my friend Jeff, and we've now started a new witness project. We're new, we're fresh, and we're loving steemit. We want to grow this platform, and we're coming from a place where we aren't whales. We aren't even dolphins, but we're dedicated. We're evolving and growing and we have some great ideas.
