We have been getting constant updates on witness nodes, lately. Blockchain team released v0.19.12 five hours ago.
The previous authority membership soft fork was too restrictive, inadvertently limiting use of some accounts. The limits have been adjusted accordingly.
I have already updated my witness node and produced a block with the new version.
