Witness Update - Steem Simplicity is Just Amazing

Dear fellow Steemains,

I support the new hardfork and, I'm upgrading to Steem Simplicity 0.17.0 tonight.

I didn't have much success with the last version, and since been blacked out on Steemd for a whole month, even tho my witness node was running flawless. My favorite part of the Steem Simplicity is the removal of the posting rate limit and removal of the pow.

Steem Simplicity 0.17.0 is amazing all around.
