Recently, Steem was under attack by spammer who took advantage of a vulnerability which resulted in unstable Witness, Seeds & RPC-Nodes.
This has been fixed via a new Steem version 0.19.3 about an hour ago.
Both my main witness node and backup node have already been upgraded.
I've also signed 1 block on the new version successfully and both nodes are running smoothly.
