I know it's been a moment or two since my last post, time and tide waits for no man and the continued workload of is just keeping me super busy.
The lack of posts does not mean I am not keeping up with the Hive Blockchain - far from it in fact because in the background I still maintain my Witness servers for c0ff33a and whiterosecoffee.
I have a total of six Hived nodes processing the blockchain, four are for my two Witnesses and back ups for them - mostly running v1.27.10. My full API node of course needs one, that is still on v1.27.5 at present there is a broad spread of API nodes on different versions - I am waiting on the latest generation of Hived that requires building on the latest Ubuntu Server to update the full API node - and will most likely start over with a clean slate. https://api.c0ff33a.uk
I also have a Hived v1.27.10 running on a dedicated server with my Hive Engine Witness which is a Full Hive Engine Node - you can switch between the nodes you use on any Hive Engine front end now which is always helpful to do because it spreads the load of requests around a bit.
You can manually enter https://he.c0ff33a.uk if it is not available in the list of nodes on your chosen front end. You can view the list of Hive Engine Witnesses Here . I also have three back up Hive Engine light nodes running to provide cover for unexpected issues.
My Hive Witness rank has dipped in a little in the past year and a half, which I suspect is my lack of visible activity more then anything. It just about covers the cost of the full api node server https://api.c0ff33a.uk but not the time it takes to manage it sadly.
Over on Hive Engine I am fairing better with a consistent top twenty position, which helps because the full node server is not cheap to rent either.
Overall if anyone wanted to know I am still about, if not actively posting and commenting at present. If I can stabilise my workload a bit I will try and get back to posting again, but coffee pays the bills and it's soaking up far too much of my time at present.
