Closing the Humanheart Witness

Due to the lack of time I (Hive account@safedeposit) have been having during the last month due to a personal issue I won't be able to put the time in the future to keep the Hive account@humanheart witness up and running, since I won't be able to promise a commitment to the Steem platform in the following months I don't deserve to be a witness anymore (being a witness without commiting time and resources to it makes absolutely no sense).
