Everything needs to take a break from movement every once in a while. If you never relax, slow down, and recharge, you’ll always be running on empty. Solitude empowers ability and strength.
Without winter there is no spring. Withdrawing and having time alone isn’t selfish. Being selfless requires having something to give away. The biggest givers are those who understand rest and embrace times of solitude.
