Woot! Slowly Regaining Witness Rank Positions Over the Past While!

Checked the ole witness rank just now and realized that in the past week or so that a move of 5 spots upwards has been realized.. Pretty damn exciting, even if I am still but a mere shadow of the rank I once was, which peaked at position #7 a few years back.. That was glorious times full of abundance and inflated e-peen.

In case you're wondering why my witness price feed hasn't been updated in 2 week the truth of the matter is I've been to focused on other stuff to modify my price feed script from one that uses the now defunct poloniex price feed to something that.. well, still exists and updates. Guess I could do it manually but I noticed that a trend of folks not updating their price feeds for months at a time and having higher than I witness rankings.. So I figured I'd try out the whole "neglect the price feed updates" strategy to see if my witness rank improved.. So far seems to be good! All joking aside I will eventually release an updated version of pricesnatcher.js sooner than later.

On average I'm scheduled to make 9 blocks a day with a payout of 1.218 per a block.. Meaning for running my witness server earning roughly 10.962 STEEM a day or like.. $1.65 USD worth of income a day. Needless to say this is really NOT nearly enough to afford to pay for my time spent developing stuff for STEEM, supply food and shelter or basically do much other than ALMOST pay for my witness server hosted with https://privex.io. So any votes on my posts, witness votes, donations towards development is greatly appreciated and I'll certainly remember ya'll when I'm an extraordinarily wealthy STEEM baron.
