Also note a lot of this will be repeated, except I will focus on different changes I'd like to see, add more to the newly added witnesses I've voted for, as well as reviews and digests I've read and discussion around witness topics. I'll try to do this just once a month since it won't change very much. For my own witness update I will trying to get some more done and then release and update once I've finally got a block as well.

Changes I'd Like To See
Previously I talked about the use of tags and I still feel the same, here is an article I wrote and talked about:
I've been working on my WCA project, but I haven't made a full out post or finalized it yet as I want to setup the steemit account and social media for it before I go totally live with everything I will do for it.
Moving forward there are some great changes happening I will comment on at the bottom of this article. So what I'd like to see from witnesses is again more community involvement and continuing to improve communications and hopefully get more involvement in WCA. I'm starting to push more for charities and I love what
is doing with and other independent entities like 
helping charities have better access and a bigger voice.

I'll comment on 2. first. I can't wait to see communities roll out on here as I think it will be a massive point of progress to help Steem become the ultimate social blockchain. I hope everyone is just as excited for this change and I'd like to hear what you expect and or want to see with communities.
Commenting on 1. now. So there are many many updates coming soon, and I think the changes to self voting are a great way to promote and improve legitimate curation. I'm glad they are letting their registration fee directly reflect witness policy as it's more accurately represented. I'm very interested to learn more about RCs for bandwidth use and how they will change mass memoing and other spam like forms of communication. By the way, if you're missing my memos, I can't send them anymore as the software I had doesn't work anymore, however 
Their comment on how RCs or resource credits will change things was:
… create a system that 1) more efficiently allocates blockchain resources; 2) more accurately measures the true cost of running the blockchain; and 3) enables Steem developers to create more predictable user experiences
They are making orders expire which should help the load on the network. One very big change is making the comment limit only 3 seconds down from 20 seconds. It was a hassle to wait all the time between commenting. This may encourage more comment spam, but that will just make it easier to identify spammers compared to memo spam which may also change from the RCs. They made other misc changes and fixed some abusive/exploitative issues on the platform. All in all a great update and we're excited to see it all come into play. Let me know your thoughts!
