Well, well, well...
How bloody unlucky for a low-level witness to miss their first block...
Those are my thoughts as I saw that silly-billy message telling me that I have missed a block :(
After 4 months of running a steady witness node and price-feed without any block action I decided to do a little server upgrade, and obviously what happens during that time? Node gets a block and MISSES it, of-course!
Anyway, calm now, rant is over...The node is syncing up again and ready to take action (hopefully there's still some in stock, hehe)...
Lessons learnt - have backups, don't leave anything to chance...It might be a only one and you sure don't want to miss it, EVER! :)
I think honesty is the best policy and s*it does happen, even in Steemworld, so If you cock up, don't let it run you down. Get up and start again :)
