Hello Everyone.
Here is my first entry for the WIW Contest hosted by . This weeks theme is Water In Nature.
Klamath Falls, Oregon.
The water swells and crashes in to the rocks, before descending down the falls and to the river below.
You feel the spray on your face, the rumble of pure natural power under your feet and the breath taking beauty before your eyes.
Photograph took at the top of the falls, before the look out point. This was my first trip to Klamath Falls and it really is beautiful there. The first year we tried to go the see the falls, the road leading to it was closed for construction. The next year when we went it was late November, hence the snow on the ground and the icicles hanging from the rocks. I thought they made a nice contrast to the gushing white foam from the waters force as it navigates it way downstream.
We walked up to the look out point, being careful not slip on the huge patches of ice and snow, then made our way up to the top of the falls. The force of the water was so powerful I wanted to get a photograph of it, to remind myself of the power nature has.
But it was so clod here that we quickly got back to the car to warm up!
Photograph taken by using an LG Android phone.
