"I remain in Yishun," he said, referring to the area north of Singapore where he and his family lived.
"My flat is a comfortable and pleasant place. I've lived there for over 30 years, "he continued.
Mohamed Abdullah Alhabshee, Halimah's husband added that moving residences is not necessary because of the size of their sizeable apartments.
The apartment inhabited by the first female president of Singapore has five bedrooms.
