Thinking about a special friend can bring back memories. Charm may be false but this lady of virtue will always be my Fortress. True to her unique name, Fortress and I grew up in the same community during tender years before life happened, and she relocated with her family to another city.
During those times, I remember she's always this caring friend who almost had this elder sister's vibe on me although I don't have any. She spoke blunt truth to me, stood by me and will occasionally be a thorn in my flesh. Lol.
She's one of the amazing women the world can behold and I'm glad our paths crossed. She later served as my maid of honour during my wedding despite having to travel over 500km for my special day. Some of the recent pictures of her and I were taken around my wedding week.
Can you spot her in all the photos?

She has grown to be more than a friend but also a sister and comforter. She's simply family. I will like to feature her for this week's #womancrushwednesday. I think I need to draw her to this awesome place.
