The customer brought me a cigar box he liked and asked me to build it. The only requirements he had were that it used gold hardware, a single pickup at the neck, one volume no tone controls and the neck painted white...... Every thing else as far as design and what kind of parts to use etc. were left completely up to me. So I made sure this one was avery nice build for him. Especially since he now owns half a dozen of my guitars. I decided on a P90 pickup and had to locate a gold cover since I could not find a pickup already in gold. Tuners are enclosed gears. The bridge is a 3 string gold hardtail roller bridge. A single 500 K volume pot With a gold O-Ring knob. The neck is maple as is the fretboard with walnut markers I made with a plug cutter out of a chunk of walnut laying around. It also has gold flange end pin / jack in the back.
Now here is a drunk but happy customer playing his new acquisition.......
