It takes a village to raise a child. I am a teacher, and I could say that one year is not enough to mold an individual. Parents and teachers should work hand in hand to see the good side of a child. Parents have a smaller number of hours during school days because grom seven in the morning they left the house and go home at four in the afternoon. At six in the evening, they have their dinner and at nine they will go to sleep and repeat again the scenario until Friday. Teachers on that school days handles 40 children in the classroom with different parents who raised the children. They have different attitude considering they have different parents. Parents have different way on raising them. Other children are behaving in the class, and others are arrogant and feeling superior from their classmates. Teachers has a different teaching strategy to handle these kinds of children. More differentiated activities to cater the learning needs of the children. KUDUS! To all teachers who stays 30 years in the service. Teachers are the noblest profession I might say because without them there will be no doctor and other professionals.
Accepting rewards every end of the quarter is amazing. Students are very excited to received it and give it back to their parents. Teacher, can we have photo so that I can show it to my parents? That’s the reason why we have this more pictures for moments keep. In the part of the teachers, its more rewarding seeing them more attentive during the awarding ceremony waiting for their name to be called.
