If you just observe, you can see ideas everywhere.
You slept poorly for a while and noticed a lot of negative changes? Document them, talk about them, write about them.
You worked very hard for a few weeks and noticed improvements in your environment and your life? Talk about them, tell others, document and try to learn.
You ate one thing and it made you feel bad? Conduct a little experiment, see if eating the same things causes the same feeling after that. If the opposite applies - you eat something and it makes you feel great and energetic - do the same: talk about it.
Noticed some good or bad spending habits? That's something you can talk about, alongside a plan to fix your problem.
Encountered a new book that you like, or dislike? There's so much you can write about such a thing.
There's ideas everywhere, if you just look for them. There's a lot that you do every single day that can be transformed into a lesson, or an observation, or something, if you're willing to pay attention and to think about everything that happens to you, because of you, or around you.
