I am a World Cup geek, but I do not care that much about group stage matches.
There are always lots of surprises, and the better teams often "underperforms" or warm-up to peak performance. If for some miraculous reason I made the correct match predictions, it would annoying to just get a measly 2000 SBD. I was committed to placing my predictions (bets) on Betfair to.
Because of the current Socialist/ politician ruled-regime in Norway, it is "forbidden" (why?) to transfer money to online betting sites except the Government-owned(!) Norsk Tipping and a few other sucker-sites for the regime.
Betfair has way better odds than Norsk Tipping, so you do want to avoid NT it if possible. I am also morally obligated to not support Government monopolies.
Luckily, it is now possible to transfer Bitcoins to Neteller and then from Neteller to Betfair.
Problem solved!
It was only possible to have 25-fold bets, so I had to place the bets two-ways: If I made the right predictions, I will make millions:)
