Charity Supporters and World Cup Friends - Preview for the First Semi final

Hiya great community - since we collected alle prize and charity money we can now sit back and relax watching the final four teams as well as the final four Steemians competing for the Steemit Charity World Cup Contest. Thanks again to all that contributed to this unusual World Cup contest - the name of all Steemians that finally paid to the prize pot can be found in this post.

Who is this France owner only? I think he is one of these very modest and calm Steemians that has a big heart as he was bidding for more than only one Team during this Charity Football Campaign. But Hive account@rondras is also a dedicated SteemMonsters Expert. If you are interested in advise or want to trade with him about this awesome Game by Hive account@aggroed and Hive account@yabapmatt - Tim is the man - he just maxed out his complete Steem Monsters deck! Wishing him good luck tomorrow evening. France is probably the top team still in the tournament but they face strong competition especially in their Semi final against another European team.

Well - I think most Steemians that are here for a while know Hive account@shaka - he is one of these modest whales that really support the community. Before the time of bid bots he was usually THE Top CURATOR on Steemit without a doubt - plus he is a fantastic photographer. Like Hive account@rondras he also has a huge heart for newbies and good causes having bid and bought not only Belgium but also other teams (Four in total!). So Hive account@shaka contributed most to this Prize Pot so also would deserve to win this, agreed? His team is one of the hottest and motivated ones during that tournament. They eliminated Brazil and are absolutely capable to kick-out France.

The prize pool total is SBD 524.452

This was a good community effort raising a good amount where 50% goes to charities active on the Steem Blockchain. All bidders paid - so here the final allocation.

• First Place (World Champion): 30% of the pot (157.33 SBD - rounded )

• Second Place: 15% of the pot (78.66 SBD - rounded)

• Third Place: 5% of the pot (26.22 SBD - rounded)

• The other 50% of the total basket wich means 262.226 SBD will be paid to Charity.

The charities we support are Hive account@papilloncharity from South Africa and Hive account@steemarity from Austria. Also the winning Steemians can feel free to donate their amount to a charity – but that is not a requirement. For now tis means each charity will receive 131.113 SBD
