It is horrible hot weather in India these days and people are changing their taste from pure Non-vej to vegetarian, because it is said that Non-vej makes body hotter than vegetarian foods. Hot temperatures and high humidity made difficult to go outside at all.
Keep body cool people are eating vej item more and I am one of them and replace the Non-vej food into vej food like as bellow:
The wheat flour round shape plain bread with chilli Paneer and onion cut pieces. It is regular Indian food although but raw onion is being used here in Summer season like a medicine, which helps us to keep body cool & safe from side effects of hotty weather.
Drink water more and eat less to keep body fit and cool in this Summer.
