Hi, Hivers. Stop scrolling, and let’s discover together the hidden gem of Comoboan, Tabogon, Cebu. This is me once again, Jean. Welcome to my blog. Sometimes the unexpected adventure will always give you a lifetime experience and unforgettable memories. Do you agree with me? If yes, then enjoy reading my blog. By the way, are you okay? How’s your day? I hope you’re fine.
While talking in Kairig, we’re thinking of the other seas. Then something just suddenly came to mind about what my friend had said before. I remember he said, “Libon kaayong agianan pero nindot man sad ang padulngan labi na sa katin-aw sa dagat,” which means the path to that place (somewhere ahead to this place, Kairig) is not simple, but eventually it is worth going for, especially in those cold and clean waters. I’ve been there once, so I said, “Since we have nothing to do, why don’t we explore and experience that place together?”. Then they agreed. We started walking; it was a difficult path. My companions keep complaining; I’m sick of it. They were even scared to have rashes on their skin since the grasses are so tall—even taller than one of my friends; just kidding HAHAHAHA. Well, I can’t blame them for being like that since they’re just wearing t-shirts.
Maybe I did get lucky; I didn’t plan to wear a jacket, but I did, and I’m thankful I wore it because of these tall grasses. Even though it’s like that, the fresh air never disappoints us. It’s so nice to have this kind of feeling sometimes, far from the pollution of society. Just look at the green view that my eyes can’t stop looking at, the tall coconut trees, and the wavy tall grasses that are caused by the wind. This place is awesome. I wonder where the owners are. This place looks abandoned, but I’m grateful because it really never fails to disappoint us when searching for new spots.
The view looks so satisfying, right?
When we are about to reach our final destination, there are a lot of plants. I don’t know the names of these plants it looked like they have a small thorn on each side that can harm your skin once you touch them. It seems like a pineapple, but it’s not. On of my companion said that this plant is one of the material to make a cloth. I don’t know if true but maybe its true. But anyways, we should always be mindful to our surroundings especially if it is not a common place.
You can see in the picture how careful we are, so we won’t be hurt.
Among the four of us, only Sarah (one of my companions) and I knew about this place. It’s a hidden place that only a few people come to visit. My classmate Cjay called this place “mini Siargao.” I don’t know what's the exact reason why he called it mini Siargao, but maybe because there’s a lot of coconut trees in the way or maybe because of the vibes of the place.
When we arrived, there weren’t any other people; it was only the four of us. I can see in their eyes that they are amazed by the view of the sea. All the complaints while walking here are gone. Our efforts actually paid off. I immediately took out my phone and took some pictures of the place. After that, I sat on the spiky rock. Argh! I miss this place and the beauty that it gives us. The tiredness of walking before we reached here was gone, replaced by this satisfying view and chilling vibes in the sea. You can do cliff diving here too. Before, when my classmates visited here, they did cliff diving because the sea floor in this area is deep and perfect for diving, but not for me because I don’t know how to swim. Anyway, let’s go back to the place. The color of the water seems to be blue-green, which indicates that it is deep. I don’t recommend this for someone like me who doesn’t know how to swim. The formation of the coast looks like a small lagoon, which makes it more beautiful and unique. It’s so pretty; there’s even a lot of small fish that you can see, and if you’re lucky, you might see a sea turtle. This place is overwhelming and abundant with nature’s gifts.
What can you say about the view? How was it? Is it beautiful? Wanna go here? I can accompany you. Once you can visit this place, I’m pretty sure you want to come again.
There are a lot of sharp, big rocks that can hurt your foot if you’re a careless person. What was important the most was that there’s still no accident that happened there because of the big, sharp rocks. So, what are you waiting for? Come and visit now.

The level of the water seems to be in height of my chest but only in the area along the coast line; I never tried swimming here. I’m afraid I’ll be drowned because I don’t know how to swim. We explore the whole place; the area ahead has a nice view too. It seems like we’re lost in a beautiful sea. A place that is so worth visiting.
Aside from this exhilarating view, our stomach felt hungry. We’re lucky we brought some snacks along the way. And that’s why we’re eating the snacks that we bought. I bought Richoco (like a waffle with chocolate flavor), Coca-Cola, and fish crackers. However, the fish cracker disappeared; maybe it fell somewhere. After eating, we decided to go back to the boarding house since Sarah and Dina wanted to eat rice. Maybe they are just so hungry after all.
And now, after reading my blog, do you still want to come and visit this hidden place? I want to know.
Hopefully you’re happy reading my blog, hivers. I would be delighted and appreciate it if you could leave your support along with your kind words in the comment section. Thank you. May you have a good day.🥰🥰
