Well it's time again for foodies to share their food pictures. For Thursday it is Seafood. Here is my entry:
Another dish I cooked for our Fiesta. I just seasoned the fish and deep fried it and place in the tray. Then I made a sweet and sour sauce and I julienne some carrots. I just poured the sauce over it with the carrots and served. A simple but tasty dish.
