It's been just over a year since Brian Lawler was found hanging in his jail cell, a horrible act that was ruled suicide by the authorities at the time. However, his father Jerry Lawler has taken legal action against the police department where his son was in custody.
According to local news sources, Jerry Lawler is seeking $3 million in damages in a lawsuit filed friday against the Hardeman County Sheriff. Brian Lawler was best known as one half of the 90's tag team Too Cool, pictured below with Rikishi.
