This is no NaNoWriMo
First InkTober, and now NaNoWriMo…
So many great challenges I want to do, but always at the busiest time of the year….
I’m currently sitting at work, listening to my colleagues drunkenly sing Proud Mary in the kitchen while I work. I could read while I wait for this backup to finish but I’ve decided to write instead! And my kind-of goal is to write a bit every day, whether that be a short bit of fiction, random thoughts, or some really hard-hitting truths I seem to be running into a lot lately.
I’ve thought up at least ten different topics for today, but really, today’s post should be an introduction on what you can expect from me in the next month.
I’ll be trying my best to publish a post every day. Usually I wait a day to proofread before publishing, so expect more typos than usual. I’m also not going to be religious about it, so missing a few days (or a week) is not going to weigh me down. After all, I have a life I love living, so Imma go live it!
The types of things I expect to write about this month:
Non-fiction: If it’s not an insanely random topic, it will be along the lines of relationships, friendships, social nuances and maybe some… neurodivergent/autistic thoughts, if I work up the courage.
Fiction: Not something I’ve done a lot of lately, so it’s time to get back into the groove. Sometimes I’ll describe the fantasies that tickle my brain, and other times I’ll dive into my Pokémon fanfiction. Either way, I think I can guarantee that it will be… strange to read and if it’s not your thing, that’s totally ok.
Hopefully this will be the most boring post this month, and they’ll all just get better from here!
