The toilet was disgusting, the drain was filthy and no one seemed to care for it, but they all did it anyway so it's a good thing."
When they went to see the manager they were told that he's too busy and would have a cleaner coming along for today after they finished their shift.
"So to make it worse, even when the cleaners were there they didn't know what to do or what to do anyway. We went as far as asking for help because we thought we had to take the garbage out and get them to wash the toilet for us and the manager would probably just toss them a new toilet to clean it up," said Kelly.
Kelly and her brothers moved to the area around the same time a new law took effect. The new law would require that anyone who defecates outdoors in public and has their hands on a seat will soon be fined $100 and forced to clean the dirt or have a court hearing over them.
