My father's knee injury will not get better anytime soon so he has to take some break and rest his leg so that his knee will heal. I wasn't expecting for him to have that kind of injury since I know that my father's health had been okay all these years particularly for his bones and is really not experienced health issues except with some occasional cough.
I am not even hearing him cough from the past few weeks but now we just got this new health issue with him injuring his knee. That is why I myself is really careful about my own knees and joints because I could not afford to injure them because I know that recovery will be very hard since I still have a parathyroid to contend with.
My other brother went with the hospital this morning with my father and had my father's knee x-rayed but the result will not be read until next week so he was just prescribed with pain reliever to help manage the pain.
There isn't any swelling yet and I think that there will be none that will develop and I believe that it was just a minor sprain. But of course we cannot get so complacent and had my father's knee x-rayed so that if there are any signs of bone injury then it will have to get fixed, probably will get fashioned with a cast to help it to heal.
If it really is a major injury then it could be swollen by now but it isn't so I am still feeling positive with the outlook of my father's knee.
Meanwhile my brothers will be the ones that will drive me to and from the dialysis center. My other brother will use his work leave in order for me to get some assistance while our eldest might pick me up in some other time or possibly Saturday next week again.
I am just fortunate that my two brothers have some extra time for my immediate need and we couldn't really think where to get some help if they are not around so it is good that they live relatively near our home because in times like these I could really use their help without getting my head to spin where I would seek assistance to get me to and from the dialysis center.
