Definition: fear can be said be an
an unpleasant emotion caused by the threat of danger, pain, or harm.
Fear is a feeling we get from perceived danger or threat that occurs in our day to day activities, which causes a change in a person functions and ultimately changes their behavior and way of life, such as fleeing or hiding from imagined problems which most times aren't actually real ... An irrational fear is called a phobia.
Fear is simply because you are not living with life, you are living in your mind. Your fear is always about what’s going to happen next. That means your fear is always about that which does not exist. If your fear is about the unknown that doesn't exist then your fear is imaginary.
People are always suffering either what happened yesterday or what may happen tomorrow. Stop living in your mind. The mind performs two major functions.
one function is for memory, another function of it is for imagination . You’re lost in your imagination, that’s the basis of fear. If you were living in reality, there would be no fear.
What fear does is, it puts boundaries around you. It is because of fear that you build boundaries all the time. If you put boundaries and restrict all. area of your life, you may be safe but the problem is you are safe even from life. You are protected from life itself. That’s kinda good but sad.
So in essence fear should be described as a false evidence appearing real.
