I am now 2 weeks old on Steemit. I have been wanting to write a blog to the people I would like to sincerely thank. For others, they might think that making a piece like this is an exaggeration, especially that I am still puerile on this platform. But, I am really very grateful to some people on here.
By the way, I would like to talk about how I ended up on here. My new friends, teacher
Hive account@chrisvee and teacher
Hive account@jho0129 who are into investments introduced Steeemit to me. These two are very kindhearted. (Please do support them as well.) They have never failed to tell me whenever they have engaged in new online marketings that they think were authentic. But of course, as you might have heard, not all of them are genuine. There are a lot of them that are wholly scams. These two have been victimized. Luckily, I wasn't since I don't always have money to invest that I always declined them.
Going back,
Hive account@jho129 asked me if I wanted to write or do something like painting, drawing or anything and get paid for it. I was very interested and curious about the idea. Since I was having a financial difficulty that I thought why not give it a try. (I'm always having financial difficulties, by the way. LOL!) She sent me the link and I clicked it with alacrity.

But to my surprise, it's about blogging mate, which I was always very scared about. I tried reading some blogs that I saw that time, and if I still recall, it was on the trending topic. I was so overwhelmed by how people made their blogs and dumbfounded with the enormous amount of dollars that they got from just one post.
I was very hesitant, then. I never imagined myself writing something and publicize it. I wasn't confident to write something, especially using the English language. (And, I am not confident still!) So, I ended up neglecting it. But,
Hive account@jho129 constantly reminded me to sign up. She said that signing up on this platform might take a month to be approved. Though I was copiously doubting, I still did it.

Luckily, I got an email approval from the Steemit team after 4 days, I was so happy but sad because I was thinking of what might I write before long. I have been shouting to the world a lot of times that I am not a writer. I had tried writing once in primary school in a competition which my teacher confidently participated me but I didn't win and that diminished my self-esteem even until today. For people who are suffering in poverty, losing even in a small competition is such a big thing. And in my case, I have been proving myself to a lot of people many times in many ways that a child born from a poor family could also do something but I always ended up being disapproved and rejected.

So, I reevaluated and asked myself what exactly my reason was for joining Steemit and I realized that it was not mainly because I could earn something from it but because I love to write and express myself. After some time, there were more people who noticed and praised my work. I felt strange. I felt like my inner-self has been boosted and that makes me want to write more.

Some people in this community that I look up to, are telling me that I am good and I can really write and those words help me to try my best to improve more my writing skill as well as my confidence to myself.
Miss
Hive account@fernwehninja was my colleague at my previous job and I never thought that she is also on Steemit. We weren't close back then because we had different shifts. But, I do appreciate your support and advice miss. You are such a nice person. Thank you, Miss!
Hive account@maverickinvictus, you don't want to be called sir but please let me call you "mentor". I always stalk your blogs because I know I can learn a lot. You as such a very humble person. You don't know me that much but you supported my pieces. Thank you so much, mentor!
Sir
Hive account@futurethinker was one of the people who noticed my #introduceyourself blog which I never thought someone like him would comment on my blog like that. I thought it was just a plain joke but when I checked his profile, I was astonished almost disbelief. Thank you so much, sir for telling me that I made a good piece. I will be forever grateful to you!
Sir
Hive account@surpassinggoogle probably doesn't know me. He never commented on any of my blogs but he had been upvoting my blogs which makes me feel satisfied with my pieces. Sir Terry is such a very nice person. He is always helping the Filipino Steemians who are building the Filipino community on this platform.
And to the people who liked and supported my blogs, even to those people who never reacted but had read my blogs. Thank you, guys! I owe you so much Steemians!
