Believe it’s possible to be happy
The way things are right now are not the way things must be forever. If you feel stuck in any unwanted feeling—anger, anxiety, frustration, stress—just believe that it’s possible to be happy again.
Be willing to let the possibility be there. If we just shift our perception a tiny bit, we will see that there is another way.
