POKO THE PENGUIN
Chapter 1: A lesson about Friendship.
This is Poko The Penguin
Poko is like any other penguin, except for one thing.
Poko doesn't really care about other people - because Poko is a Psychopath.
Psychopath is a funny word which means:
"Somebody who doesn't care about other people."
One day at school, Hampers the Hippopotamus asked Poko:
"Poko, why don't you care about other people?"
Poko smiled and said:
"Don't be silly, Hampers. I DO care about other people! Especially you. You're my best friend."
Poko was lying of course, which is something Psychopaths do very often, but Hampers didn't know that.
"What a relief!" Said Hampers. "I'm glad we're friends."
"Of course we are." Lied Poko. "Since you're my best friend, Hampers, will you share some of your lunch money with me? I don't have any lunch money, and I'm awfully hungry"
"I'd be happy to share with you, Poko!" Said Hampers. "After all, that's what friends are for."
"I knew you were a good friend, Hampers!" Said Poko. He took the money and put it in his backpack with the rest of his money.
Poko has lots of money in his backpack, he was just lying to Hampers because he wanted even more.
