In my silent time this morning I found myself being grateful for life. Gratitude is something I am learning more and more to have. I use to be unsettled with what I didn't have or what I was missing out on, never really able to be grateful for where I was and what I had. This caused me so much anxiety and depression. This kept me from growing because internally I was always seeing life through a dim light...
Now I am grateful for health, for breath, and simply for life itself. The chances of simply being born was a miracle to be grateful for!
In being grateful I am also able to look into the future with optimisim and excitement instead of dread and depression....
Today I challenge you to find 2 things you are grateful for and be appreciative of those 2 thoughts, and allow peace and serentity to engulf your soul...
