So, how is it that today I am more happy with the health of my body, mind & current situation than I have ever been?
Well my friends...
it is my intention to share with you now the secrets behind my ongoing transformation.
In a time of drastic change, it is the learners who inherit the future. The learned usually find themselves equipped to live in a world that no longer exists.
My awakening began in 2009
when I checked myself into a rehab clinic in South Africa after developing some bad habits during a career in the UK film industry which after the death of my father in 2002 led me to many years with Playboy TV.

As someone who has dedicated his life to making films, it doesn't make me feel great seeing all this porn listed next to my name and I can assure you I will not go to my grave leaving it looking like this.
REHAB
During my 4 months in the clinic I was forced to look inward and stop pointing at everyone else, blaming them for my problems.
I learned many valuable lessons about myself in this period but no longer live by the rigid rules of the 12 step programme today.
By chance I happened to watch a documentary there ‘The Secret’, which described something called the Law of Attraction.
Upon returning to the UK, I stayed 100% clean for a total of 18 months. Not even a coffee or cigarette! And I started reading as many books as I could on this subject, which led me to a bunch of other books… and it began to dawn on me how little I knew about the world!
Despite having received the best education England had to offer.
The veil of illusion was finally lifted.
At first I felt angry for having been deceived. Thankfully the daily words of Abraham which almost always speak of the Law of Attraction, pulled me back to WHO I REALLY AM.
I am JOY!
We are all joy.
I have noticed that
It is my belief that those of us who consciously choose to walk this path will always reach the same conclusion:
It is better to focus on that which makes us feel good.

Whilst putting the list together today I became aware for the first time how long it was and how much I have learned since 2009!
