A few weeks ago our local event centre had their 10 year anniversary so my daughter decided to join in the festivities as I was a part of the electrical team on the build for three years of my electrical apprentiship. There was a lot of activities from bouncy castles, the skating rink was open and a free swim all day. The moment that stood out the most for me was the rock climbing wall. We have looked at every time we go swimming and never get around to doing it. I personally remember putting the lights up above it on scaffolding and it was one of my scarier experiences in the trade as the roof is about 60 feet tall. This was the first time she has ever rock climbed in her life and is only 6 years old. There was adults and other experienced looking people on making it probable half the height she went. This was a proud moment as my daughter is very shy and usually not a very outgoing person but when she is she goes hard.
