Often a person catches himself on the fact that he is experiencing inner mental stress. Outwardly, nothing happens that could provoke it, but, nevertheless, it appears. Of course, this can be a consequence of hormonal problems and then a doctor should deal with this.Â
But very often inner tension is something like a bad habit. Often this habit we ourselves have developed in childhood, although not without the influence of adults. We were given an example of internal tension and we ourselves saw that the internal tension was once profitable for us. Sometimes the internal tension really helped us to get ready. Sometimes our calm relaxation annoyed adults, while the concentration and tension - pleased.
The tension can be explicit and hidden, to keep steadily or roll up waves, to live without facial expressions or to have a clearly expressed form of aggression. In any case, this is something that is worth watching, knowing and controlling.
