Use Two-Factor Authentication as much as possible, make it as a habit when you manage your online accounts e.g. banks, taxes, file sharing, etc. or creating a new account. It is not a bullet proof security solution but it will definitely give them (malicious users) a hard time breaking to your account. They will simply go to their next victims.
