Most times when you think you can't do something you are actually more worried about failing then you are about succeeding. I was the same way, I had many excuses not to start practicing yoga, mostly because "I wasn't strong or flexible enough." Then one day I realized those are all just excuses and I can't get better if I don't start!
You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.
When I started yoga last year I never thought I would be able to do the poses I am now doing. I figured it would take so long, but what I learned is that if I keep trying everydaythen it doesn't take nearly as long as you would think.
Fall in love with taking care of yourself. Mind, Spirit & Body!
