Yoga has given me strength!
When people think of a physical yoga practice they usually think stretching, I know this because I have heard the line βI canβt do yoga, Iβm not flexible!β Millions of times!
The most valuable physical change yoga gave to me was strength. My core and arm strength massively increased, curing my upper back pain and substantially improving my posture.
