Lately there's been a shift in my perspective. A total 180. I watch my thoughts, and I'm literally on a whole new frequency. I feel amazing with this renewed mindset. Every time I catch myself getting annoyed or upset over trivial things it takes me 0.00001 seconds to switch those negative thoughts to something positive. I've been meditating every morning for two days already and my mind and body is thanking me for it throughout the day! 🦋
