I'm a beginner in yoga! So do not expect a spectacular performance! :)
I want to share with you my journey as a yogi. Any tips on how to continue, what to follow, etc. more than welcome! :)
What does yoga mean to me and why I do it?
I've always dreamt of living close to a beach and a sea. And I used to have this idea, this image of doing yoga, living healthy lifestyle, living more in harmony with nature.
I had been interested in yoga for a while but never found an “opportunity” to start. Once I moved to Uruguay, close to the beach, having fresh air and sunshine...I didn't want to look for more excuses. I've been following tutorials on the Internet and have been learning from there. It would be great to have a personal trainer or going to a course, but for now, I simply can't afford it.
So, hopefully, you like the video and will stay tuned for more videos and let's see how fast my progress will be! I do take this also as a motivation to push me doing yoga more intensively!
