Even on days where there isn't much time, it's possible to get in a great yoga practice. Five minutes, ten minutes, fifteen minutes—whatever is realistic for you, get on your mat and your body will thank you.
The video below is one example of what a short yoga practice can look like. Every person’s practice is different, but the important thing is to listen to your body, move in ways that feel good, and breathe.
