It has been 2 weeks now that I have started going back to the Aerial Yoga class, and I am thoroughly enjoying every moment that I have been spending here. It is one of the best things that I have been doing lately, so much fun and excitement in every class. Not only that but also challenging myself every day has been building up not only my physical strength but also my mental strength.
My instructor has been very encouraging, she makes me do things which I never feel is in my capacity. She has more trust in me than I have on my self. So that is one good thing that she believes in me and supports me. It is also good that there is someone to push you and get you out of your comfort zone.
The last few classes have been fun as well as some intense things also. There are times when I get stuck and then need help to come out. It all gets funny at times, but overall good fun and more than that it is very fulfilling for me.
With the practice I feel stronger by the day. I realize that my body has so much potential and so much scope to improve as well.
This particular pose is easy to get into but getting out became a challenge for me. I was just not able to move back again after going forward and lift myself up. As if I was stuck, I was feeling scared of something, not of falling but there was something weird, finally with a little help I managed to get out.
And then some easy fun part which I also look forward to after some intense ones
This particular pose my instructor says many struggle but I have managed to do with ease, that's a big compliment for me.
Doing Yoga is always a joy for me then be it in any form normal or aerial, but yes doing aerial gives me a lot of kick, not only that it has also made me many fears of my own.
