1. Eat organic and non-gmo food as much as possible. EAT PLANTS. Make a point to see what foods work really well with your body and what foods make your body feel awful. Eat the ones that give you energy and make you feel clean on the inside.
- Prioritize family time
- Be nice to others. You never know what they are going through
- Find exercise that makes your heart sing. Do that.
- Meditate daily
- Go new places and do new things
- If you don't ask for what you want: the answer is no. Always ask.
- Effort and consistency are needed for achievement. The impossible can become possible. The possible will become easy... if you just keep trying every day.
- Money: Build credit- start young. It allows for more opportunities and saves you so much money. Budgeting is essential. Easiest way to budget: add your monthly bills up, divide this by how many times you get paid in a month, and don't spend your bill money.
- Communication with your partner is SO crucial.
- Make up remover is important. Razor burn sucks! Use conditioner to shave. Use coconut oil after shaving. If you get razor burn diaper cream or deodorant will fix it.
- Tell people you appreciate them and give complements
- Tell people that you love them
- Everything is going to be ok. What stresses you out today will likely not be remembered in a month.
- If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
- Question everything. Facts tend to be opinions at worst and biased at best.
- Drink water!!!
- Get some sunshine
- MOISTURIZE
- Take vitamins
- Don't skip your annual physical.
- Get a mole check.
- Brush and floss your teeth, and visit your dentist 1-2 times/year
- The marriage is more important than the wedding
- You are worthy of love
- Show yourself kindness
- Keep a gratitude journal
- Realized instant gratification and true happiness are not the same.
- Practice positive self talk. Complaining begets more negative thoughts. Break the negative thought loop.
- Children need three things: attention, boundaries, and reminders they are loved.
