Science confirms my own experience that yoga is a precious tool for enhancing physical, mental, and emotional wellness - which is why I share it on the blockchain! Life is waaaaay better when you feel happy and healthy, and I want everyone to feel the best they can!
I love yoga because it's a full spectrum approach to enhancing the whole being. I dig this style of videos for sharing movement inspiration, because you can get the gist of an hour long sesh in just a minute or so...but the richer depths of a practice don't shine through. You can't hear my Darth Vader breathing, for example - a legit and important technique for activating power called ujjayi breath.
